While sitting in our living room, brainstorming and writing out every idea we could think of that reflected our skills, we came up with, “What about a FOOD TRUCK?!” Daniel and I (Emelie…hey there!) had a dream of starting our own business and working for ourselves, but what could we sell? What is one thing that we both know pretty well? FOOD! Coming from Korean and Hispanic families, our cultures revolve around A LOT of food. So why not fuse them together?
